About Us

The directors of the Anti Money Laundering Compliance Company (AMLCC) are Richard Simms and Paul Harmsworth.

Richard Simms is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Managing Director of F A Simms & Partners Limited a business rescue and insolvency practice who provide insolvency services nationwide.

Paul Harmsworth had a long and successful career in the Financial Services Industry and retired from the Federation of Tax Advisers - which he jointly formed in 1997 - when it was merged with the Institute of Financial Accountants. He now devotes his time to developing the product and sales of AMLCC.

The main objective of AMLCC is to provide a complete guide to professionals in various disciplines assisting with their anti money laundering obligations.
